I try to get myself fit and strong. It really relaxes me from daily hustles and reset whatever negativity that happens to me during the day. I am still building myself physically to become a better CrossFit athlete experience the beauty of endurance long distance running apart from teaching fitness as fitness practitioner (I used to like running but it becomes pretty mundane for me).
