Monthly Personalised Training Programme
With this programme, individual client’s needs and goals will be assessed on month-on-month basis.
Weekly training plan for the whole subscribed month will be prepared based on assessment and agreed goals.
Clients will have the freedom to train wherever and whenever they are as long as the weekly targets set are achieved.
Once a month meeting will be required, face-to-face or online. And clients need to frequently report their training once it’s done.

Free Weights Training Introduction

What is included?
- Complimentary fitness assessment
- 4-sessions of module training
- FREE 6-weeks training plan
- Complimentary 6 free open gym entries at GYMX*
What is required?
- All 4-sessions must be completed within 6 weeks
- Group training is to be attended together in 1-session
Price:
- RM450 for 1 pax
- RM380/person for 2 pax group
- RM300/person for 3 pax group
- RM220/person for 4 pax group
